This 1982 Mint Mark D Jefferson Quarter is a collectors item in the Coin Collecting Error community. DDR is apparent on the letters that are touching the top rim of the Quarter. The Liberty Error. It's been Double struck if not Triple struck which is apparent by looking at the Mint Mark D that is almost completely filled in. The words In God We Trust stand out to the eye almost like Bubble lettering. DDO and Double Struck. Looking at the letter Q and the letters R at the bottom and the letter A in States and America is prevalent as well at the top rim.
